The work that comes out of large consultancies
often starts with someone like us.

Large consulting firms charge for their name. The practitioners doing the actual work — the site surveys, the gap analyses, the emergency management plans — are frequently independent specialists operating as subcontractors. We know this because we are those specialists.

Working directly with TPS means the same caliber of work, the same documented deliverables, the same practitioner experience — without the overhead of a brand you're not actually buying. You get the work, not the letterhead.

Direct
Access
You work with the practitioner, not an account manager who relays information to one.
Same
Caliber
The practitioners behind many enterprise security engagements are independent specialists. We are those specialists.
Less
Overhead
No layers between you and the work. No brand premium. No junior staff learning on your engagement.

Built for organizations operating
in complex, regulated environments.

Our practitioners have delivered engagements across healthcare, education, transit infrastructure, food and beverage manufacturing, and corporate environments. Every engagement is tailored, documented, and delivered with a direct briefing.

Our practitioners have delivered engagements across healthcare, education, transit infrastructure, food and beverage manufacturing, and corporate environments, domestically and internationally.

Common questions from
security and risk leadership.

Can you work alongside our existing internal security team?
Yes. Most engagements involve close coordination with internal security, facilities, HR, and legal teams. We integrate discreetly, adapt to your existing structure, and deliver in a format your team can act on. We are not a replacement for internal capability — we extend it.
Do you produce documentation suitable for board or executive review?
Yes. All TPS deliverables are professionally documented, clearly structured, and written for both technical and non-technical audiences. Reports are suitable for internal distribution, board briefings, regulatory review, and accreditation processes.
How do you handle multi-site or multi-state engagements?
We conduct national engagements regularly. Logistics, scheduling, and site coordination are handled directly. Each site receives its own findings documentation and a consolidated summary is provided for cross-site comparison and prioritization at the leadership level.
Do you sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements?
Yes, always. Confidentiality agreements are standard in every engagement. We do not discuss, reference, or disclose client relationships or engagement details. Discretion is not a feature we offer — it is the foundation of how we operate.
Can TPS support our accreditation or compliance process?
Yes. We have direct experience supporting EMAP accreditation, Joint Commission compliance, and regulatory alignment across healthcare, transit, and education environments. Our deliverables are structured with standards benchmarking and crosswalk documentation built in.
What does a retained advisory relationship look like?
Retained relationships vary by organization. Some clients engage TPS quarterly for program reviews, policy updates, and leadership briefings. Others retain us on a standing basis for on-call advisory support. Scope, frequency, and investment are defined together at the outset and adjusted as your needs evolve.
