We are a privacy firm.
We practice what we protect.
Our Commitment
"What you share with us stays with us. The nature of our work demands it, and so does our character. We do not discuss engagements. We do not confirm or deny client relationships. We do not retain information beyond what is necessary to serve you. The work is the focus. Not the recognition."
Information We Collect
When you contact Triangle Point Solutions, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you voluntarily share about your inquiry. We collect only what is necessary to respond to your request and conduct your engagement.
How We Use It
Information you provide when you contact us is used to communicate with you, scope your engagement, and deliver our services. We do not sell it. The Exposure Snapshot tool works differently, and is covered in its own section below.
The Exposure Snapshot
The free Exposure Snapshot on our WATCHFLOOR page asks for a name, an email, and a city. The name and city only label the result on your screen and are not stored. The email is checked against Have I Been Pwned, an independent breach-notification service, to report whether it appears in known data breaches. That check is the only place your input goes to an outside service.
We keep the email you enter for yourself, so a member of our team can follow up with you about WATCHFLOOR. We do not sell it or share it beyond the breach check above. If you run the snapshot on someone you are authorized to check, such as a principal you protect, we keep only your own email, never theirs.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which screens out automated abuse. Cloudflare receives your IP address to run that check. We do not store your IP address. To have your email removed at any time, email info@trianglepointsolutions.com and we will delete it.
Confidentiality of Engagements
All client engagements are conducted under strict confidentiality. Triangle Point Solutions does not confirm, discuss, or reference any client relationship without explicit written authorization. Findings, reports, and all engagement materials are delivered exclusively to the client and are not retained beyond the scope of the engagement.
Non-Disclosure
We operate with the discretion consistent with our background and the nature of our work. Formal non-disclosure agreements are available upon request and are standard practice for sensitive engagements. If your situation requires one before a conversation begins, we will accommodate that without hesitation.
Website Data
This website does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or behavioral advertising tools. The Exposure Snapshot uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, described above. Basic server logs may record IP addresses and page requests for security and operational purposes only. These are not shared or analyzed for commercial purposes.
Contact
Questions about this policy, or a request to remove your email, can be directed to info@trianglepointsolutions.com. We respond directly.
What The Snapshot Is, And Is Not
The Exposure Snapshot is a starting point. It reports whether an email appears in known breaches. It is not a background check or a complete picture of anyone's exposure. A clean result does not mean you have none. It means this one check found nothing in the breach data available to it. The ongoing kind of protective intelligence is the WATCHFLOOR service.
Your Use
Enter your own email, or an email you are authorized to check. Do not use the tool to check people you have no right to check, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
No Warranty
The snapshot is provided as is. The breach data comes from a third party, and we do not control its completeness or timing. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a snapshot result.
